"Finally, it's the fourth lesson," said U-Know Yunho with a smile — marking a new chapter in his 22-year career.
On November 5, the TVXQ member held a press conference at Sofitel Ambassador Seoul to introduce his first full-length solo album I-KNOW, an honest reflection on both the artist U-Know and the man Jung Yun-ho. The record explores the coexistence of perfection on stage and the human doubts behind it, weaving together glamour and sincerity.
The Duality of U-Know and Jung Yun-ho
The album features ten tracks, including double title songs Body Language and Stretch, along with Set in Stone, Spotlight 2, Waterfalls, Leader, Premium, Fever, Let U Go, and Takeoff.
Built around the concept of "Fake & Documentary," the album contrasts the glamorous image seen from the outside — the "Fake" — with the honest introspection of the real person — the "Documentary." Yunho said, "It's fun to listen and think, 'Is this track Fake or Documentary?'"
He added, "After more than 20 years in music, I feel like this is the perfect time to present who I truly am, both confidently and with a smile."

Two Sides of the Same Story
The double title tracks represent two perspectives of one narrative: Body Language captures the dazzling moments on stage, while Stretch portrays the quiet struggles behind the scenes.
Body Language is a dance track blending blues, funk, and retro hip-hop, while Stretch delivers a synth-pop sound with an electronic edge and a haunting vocal tone. The two music videos are interconnected — Stretch begins where Body Language ends.
Yunho revisited his early days with TVXQ for inspiration. "Back when we were an a cappella dance group, I handled the bass parts. I wanted to return to that foundation and highlight the power of bass again."
Collaboration and Personal Symbolism
The album unfolds from intro to outro — Set in Stone opens with a declaration of conviction, while Takeoff, a New Jack Swing-inspired outro, draws on his symbolic number 26, referencing his birthday (February 6), debut date (December 26), and even his military division.
EXO's Kai features on Waterfalls, a reinterpretation of early 2000s R&B. "Kai has incredible ambition," Yunho said. "I gave him a tough section to challenge his falsetto — and he nailed it."

A New Lesson, Same Passion
This year, Yunho balanced his careers as both singer and actor, recently starring in Disney+ drama Fine. He also received the Presidential Award at the 2025 Korea Popular Culture & Arts Awards, saying, "It felt like recognition for everything TVXQ has built over the years."
When asked about his drive, Yunho replied, "Curiosity keeps me going — I always ask myself, 'Should I stop here, or can I go further?'" He expressed gratitude to fans, adding, "Their support gave me the confidence to believe there's still more I can do."
I-KNOW was released on all major streaming platforms at 6 p.m. on November 5.
