On November 5 at 6 p.m., Yunho unveiled the music video for Stretch, the title track from his first full-length solo album I-KNOW, through his official social media channels.

The video portrays Yunho confronting the shadow within — a visual metaphor for self-reflection and inner conflict. As the story unfolds, the intensity of his performance builds toward a powerful climax, showcasing his signature stage presence.

Stretch is a pop track infused with sharp electronic sounds and a subdued, spoken-style vocal delivery. The lyrics capture Yunho's emotions toward the stage — his drive, discipline, and desire for authenticity.
