Yeonjun of Tomorrow X Together steps out on his own today with his first solo album NO LABELS PART 01, signaling a bold new chapter in his six-year career.
A debut filled with anticipation
The singer admitted feeling both pressure and excitement ahead of the release. "Because it's my first album, there was definitely some burden," he said. "It felt completely different from releasing a mixtape—but the anticipation and affection outweighed the pressure."
He described the record as a reflection of his full range as an artist. "Each track has a different genre, but I tried to infuse my own color into every one of them. It's the album that shows me the most honestly," Yeonjun shared.
Why Talk to You became the title track
"The moment I heard it, I thought, 'This is my song,'" he said. "It captures exactly what I wanted to express and still gives me chills when I listen to it." The title track Talk to You is a hard rock song that expresses magnetic attraction and the tension that grows within it, driven by guitar riffs and drum sounds.
Crafting his own stage
Yeonjun also participated in the choreography and overall performance design. "I had a clear idea of what I wanted to show on stage, so I worked closely with the performance directors," he explained. "The choreography for Coma turned out exactly how I envisioned. And for Let Me Tell You (feat. Daniela of KATSEYE), I personally revised and helped create the moves—I hope people think, 'Yeonjun's insane on stage!'"

"I've always thought Daniela is an incredible artist, so I was thrilled to work with her," he said. "Her presence elevated the song's tension and excitement."
Sharing the process with fans
Yeonjun has been unveiling behind-the-scenes content on his social media leading up to release day. "I wanted to show how much of myself is in this album," he said. "Revealing the creative process felt natural and fun—it's very me."

"To all the fans who've been waiting, I promise it'll be worth your time," he said. "Feel it as it is and enjoy it fully. I'm always grateful and I love you."
The album
NO LABELS PART 01 features six tracks, including Talk to You, Forever, Let Me Tell You, Do It, Nothing Bout Me, and Coma. Yeonjun took part in writing lyrics for every track except Forever and co-composed the title song—showcasing his evolution as both performer and songwriter.
