ILLIT Teases New Concept—"Cute No More" Ahead of Comeback
by. ymchoi

ILLIT has raised anticipation with a surprise spoiler for their upcoming release.

On November 8–9, the group held encore performances of their first fan-concert tour GLITTER DAY at Olympic Hall in Seoul's Olympic Park. The shows marked the finale of their tour, which began in Seoul last June and continued through Kanagawa and Osaka in Japan from August to September. All eight shows sold out, proving ILLIT's powerful ticket draw.

With their comeback approaching, the members shared a special moment with fans. "We've prepared a surprise spoiler," they said before performing part of the choreography for their new song.

The setlist included tracks from their third mini-album bomb, such as Borrowed Cat, as well as the Japanese single Toki yo Tomare. They also performed fan favorites including I'll Like You, Lucky Girl Syndrome, and Magnetic.

Fans were treated to a series of solo and cover stages: ILLIT danced to LE SSERAFIM's Perfect Night, YoonA covered Jeon Somi's Fast Forward, Minju performed Heize's And July, Moka sang BOL4's Some, Wonhee covered Baek Yerin's Square, and Iroha took the stage with Jennie's Mantra.

The emotional connection with their fandom, GLIT, shone throughout. The members stepped off stage to greet fans up close and sang Night Picnic together during the encore. Tears followed as they expressed gratitude: "We've grown so much thanks to you. Every stage reminds us how precious GLIT is."

They added, "We truly felt your love during this concert. Please wait for the day we perform in even bigger venues — we'll become artists you can be proud of."

To cap off the night, ILLIT teased their comeback: "The era of cuteness is over — 'cute' is now banned," they laughed, asking fans to look forward to their first single album.

ILLIT's new single NOT CUTE ANYMORE will be released on November 24.
