K-pop continues to sweep the Billboard charts with powerful global momentum.
According to Billboard's latest update (dated November 15), the Netflix film KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack track "Golden" ranked No. 2 on the main singles chart, the Hot 100.
The song has stayed within the top ranks for five consecutive months since entering the chart on May 7, maintaining massive popularity even after hitting No. 1 on the August 16 chart.
But "Golden" isn't the only track making waves. Other songs from the same OST are also dominating the charts — "Soda Pop" placed No. 12, "Your Idol" No. 14, and "How It's Done" No. 23. "What It Sounds Like" landed at No. 29, "Takedown" at No. 35, "Free" at No. 39, and "Takedown (TWICE Ver.)" entered at No. 77.
Girl Groups Leading the Charge
KATSEYE entered the Hot 100 at No. 33 with "Gabriela," a track from their second EP BEAUTIFUL CHAOS. TWICE ranked No. 73 with "Strategy," the title track of their 14th mini album, while LE SSERAFIM placed No. 89 with their new release "SPAGHETTI."
K-pop Albums Also Shine on Billboard 200
The KPop Demon Hunters OST reached No. 2 on the Billboard 200, achieving 20 consecutive weeks on the chart. KATSEYE's BEAUTIFUL CHAOS ranked No. 43, marking its 19th week in the upper ranks, and Stray Kids' 4th full album KARMA secured the No. 86 position.
