MONSTA X celebrated their 10th debut anniversary in a meaningful way — by donating to support underprivileged children in Korea under their fans' name.
On November 12, local NGO Good Neighbors announced, "MONSTA X made a donation to help provide meals for children in need ahead of the winter season."
The group, celebrating their 10th anniversary this year, donated in the name of their fandom, MONBEBE. While the amount was not disclosed, the funds will be used to deliver meal kits, side dishes, and groceries to children at risk of hunger during the winter break.
The members shared, "The past ten years have been even more special because of our fans. Just as MONSTA X and MONBEBE have always supported each other, we hope this small act of giving becomes a source of strength for someone in need."
Continuing Their Legacy of Giving
MONSTA X has long been known for their consistent philanthropy. The group began donating in 2020 to help low-income families affected by COVID-19. In March, they contributed 100 million KRW to residents and children impacted by wildfires in Gyeongsang Province, and later joined the high-donor circle "The Neighbors Honors Club."
Meanwhile, MONSTA X will release their U.S. digital single "baby blue" at midnight on November 14, marking their first American single in four years since The Dreaming (2021). The group is also set to appear at the 2025 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour next month.
