All five members of NewJeans may ultimately return to ADOR. Following Haerin and Hyein's decision, Minji, Hanni, and Danielle have also expressed their intention to rejoin the company.
Members' Independent Announcement
On the 12th, the three members stated that they had "carefully discussed the situation and decided to return to ADOR," adding that "one member is currently in Antarctica, which delayed communication."
They explained that ADOR had not responded to them, leading them to release their position separately. They also promised to continue presenting sincere performances and music.
ADOR's Response and Legal Context
ADOR told Dispatch that it is "currently confirming the authenticity" of the trio's intention to return, indicating that final agreement has not yet been reached.
Earlier in the day, Haerin and Hyein announced their return to ADOR, saying they would respect the court's ruling and honor their exclusive contracts.
The Seoul Central District Court previously rejected all major claims raised by NewJeans, ruling that the exclusive contracts remain valid and that ADOR retains its status as the group's management company.
Appeal Status and Fan Guidance
NewJeans had initially voiced opposition to the verdict and signaled an appeal, but no appeal has been filed yet.
Officials reiterated that Haerin and Hyein chose to follow the ruling and requested the public to refrain from spreading speculation about any of the members.
Team Bunnies' Position
Team Bunnies, the fan streaming and support unit, also announced it would resume its original role. The group stated it respects the members' decisions "under any circumstances" and emphasized that it operates as an independent, one-person organization.
