Disney+ confirms the global release of Made in Korea on December 24.
The thriller series dives into 1970s Korea, where Baek Ki-tae (Hyun Bin) turns the nation itself into a profit-driven enterprise—chasing wealth and power at any cost. Prosecutor Jang Gun-young (Jung Woo-sung) relentlessly pursues him, setting up an intense clash that drives the story.
A Cinematic Lineup
Woo Do-hwan joins as Baek Ki-tae's younger brother, Baek Ki-hyun, adding another layer of tension to the narrative. The cast also features Cho Yeo-jeong, Seo Eun-soo, Won Ji-an, Jung Sung-il, Kang Gil-woo, Noh Jae-won, Lily Franky, and Park Yong-woo.

A Bold First Look
The "Businessman" teaser, released on the 13th, showcases Hyun Bin's icy charisma as he declares in Japanese, "I'm just a businessman," followed by a gripping in-flight action sequence. Jung Woo-sung's solemn, intense presence sets the tone for a high-stakes pursuit.

Woo Min-ho's First OTT Series
Directed by Woo Min-ho—known for Harbin, The Man Standing Next, and Inside Men—the project marks his first venture into OTT storytelling. The production highlights rich period detail and powerful visual impact, promising each of the six episodes to feel like its own cinematic film.
