ILLIIT has proven their global streaming force, with their debut track surpassing 700 million plays.
According to Spotify's latest update (as of the 12th), the title track "Magnetic" from their first mini-album SUPER REAL ME has exceeded 700.17 million streams.
It marks the fastest milestone ever achieved by a K-pop group's debut song, solidifying the track's status as a full-scale phenomenon. "Magnetic" also entered both the Billboard Hot 100 and the UK Official Singles Top 100, rare feats for a rookie group.
The track remains a long-running favorite on major Korean charts, staying in the rankings 1 year and 7 months after release and sweeping multiple year-end charts along the way.
"Magnetic" compares the pull toward someone you like to the attraction of a magnet—pairing playful lyrics like "super attraction" with a catchy, addictive melody that resonated worldwide.
Beyond "Magnetic," ILLIIT has pushed several tracks into the hundred-million streaming tier, including "Lucky Girl Syndrome," "Cherish," and "Tick-Tack."
The group will return on the 24th with their first single album, NOT CUTE ANYMORE.
