ILIT is moving forward with a strict, no-leniency policy against malicious online behavior.

According to Belift Lab, the volume of severely defamatory and abusive posts targeting ILIT and individual members has surged in recent weeks. "Some members are still minors, yet continue to face malicious attacks through anonymous communities," the agency stated.

Belift Lab has strengthened monitoring and will respond more aggressively to all unlawful activity, including insults, defamation, slanderous posts, and the spread of false information.

"We will enforce a zero-tolerance policy with no settlements or leniency for any illegal acts," the agency said. "We will pursue criminal penalties to the fullest extent of the law."

ILIT has endured malicious comments for over a year, largely due to being repeatedly drawn into the dispute between former ADOR CEO Min Hee-jin and NewJeans. Some NewJeans fans targeted ILIT's videos and articles with hostile comments.

Min Hee-jin claimed that ILIT plagiarized NewJeans' "formula," including debut methods, concepts, photoshoots, album design, choreography, and "hair-makeup-styling." She also alleged that member Hanni was told to "ignore it" by an ILIT manager. Min raised the issue during a National Assembly hearing.

However, the court rejected all related claims. In the ruling issued on October 30 regarding ADOR and NewJeans' exclusive-contract validity dispute, the judge did not recognize allegations of ILIT imitation or the manager's "ignore it" comment.

ILIT will release their first single album NOT CUTE ANYMORE on November 24.
