Close Your Eyes (CEYE) has officially become a half-million seller with their latest release.
According to Hanteo Chart, the group's 3rd mini-album blackout recorded 577,912 first-week sales as of the 16th—marking a new career high. The figure is nearly double the first-week sales of their previous mini-album Snowy Summer.
The group has now surpassed 1.2 million cumulative album sales just seven months after debut, achieving the milestone with only three albums since their first mini-album ETERNALT.
blackout encapsulates CEYE's growth narrative. The members shed their youthful image and unveil a bold ambition to push past their limits and race forward without hesitation.
The group has also swept five Rookie of the Year awards this year, including wins at the 2025 K World Dream Awards, the 2025 Brand of the Year Awards, and The Fact Music Awards.
Their influence is rising in Japan as well. CEYE will embark on a local tour next February, with stops in Tokyo (Feb. 10–11), Nagoya (Feb. 13), and Osaka (Feb. 15).
Close Your Eyes will perform today at 7 PM on MBC M's Show Champion.
