NiziU returns with a full album capturing the feelings of Gen Z in the digital age.
JYP Entertainment announced on the 19th that the group has released their third Japanese studio album New Emotion. The record features 14 tracks, led by the title song "Love Emotion," which portrays the SNS-driven journey of approaching someone you like.
A Tracklist Filled with Youthful Stories
The album includes songs such as "Come On Over," "That's Me," "Tip-Top," "Happy Day," "Yoake," "Shining Day," "Rise Up," "Believe," "Love Line," and "There Is No 'If.'"
Unit tracks add a special touch:
— Mako, Mayuka, and Rima wrote "Villain," showcasing a charismatic, darker vibe.
— Riku, Ayaka, and Miihi penned "Fairy Magic," filled with soft, whimsical charm.
— Rio, Maya, and Nina deliver bold confidence in "Too Much."
This marks NiziU's first full-album comeback in about two years and four months, following their 2023 release COCONUT.
NiziU is currently on their New Emotion: Face to Face tour in Japan, with finales set for November 22–23 at Tokyo's Nippon Budokan.
