by. ymchoi

Jeon Soni and Lee You-mi are captivating global viewers with their gripping partnership in the Netflix thriller You Killed.

The two actors star in the series released on November 7, a dark adaptation of the Japanese novel Naomi and Kanako. The story follows a domestic violence victim who reaches a breaking point and decides to commit murder.

According to Netflix's official site Tudum (as of the 19th), You Killed surged to No.1 on the Global Top 10 TV (Non-English) chart, jumping seven spots from last week's No.8.

Viewers spent a total of 65 million hours watching the series in the past week, with 7.8 million views calculated by dividing viewing hours by the show's runtime—ranking highest among both English and non-English titles.

Rising Worldwide

The series entered the Top 10 in 71 countries and regions. It hit No.1 in 20 locations, including South Korea, Bolivia, Ecuador, Chile, Egypt, Morocco, and El Salvador.

Powerful Performances

Jeon Soni plays Eun-soo, a woman haunted by trauma caused by her abusive father. Lee You-mi portrays Hee-soo, a wife suffering violent assaults from her husband. Their desperate alliance forms the emotional core of the narrative.

Meanwhile, SBS's Why Did You Kiss Me! ranked No.3 on the Global Top 10 TV (Non-English) chart, and Netflix's reality show Physical: Asia placed eighth.
