MISAMO—TWICE's Japanese unit made up of Mina, Sana, and Momo—will release their first full-length Japanese album early next year.
The trio is set to drop their album PLAY on February 4, 2026. JYP Entertainment unveiled the first trailer on TWICE's official Japanese social media channels on November 21.
The video transitions from past posters of Masterpiece and HAUTE COUTURE to an opening theater door. MISAMO sits in the audience, dressed in sleek suits, watching their own figures take the stage.
The contrasting imagery delivers a symbolic message: "Perhaps your seat was never meant to be in the audience. Reality closes here—now it's your turn to stand on stage."
MISAMO made their official Japanese debut with Masterpiece in July 2023. In January, they launched their first dome tour HAUTE COUTURE, drawing a total of 250,000 attendees, including a sold-out Tokyo Dome show.
PLAY marks their first full-length album in approximately two years and seven months.
