Yuna of ITZY is expanding her path as an actress. tvN confirmed to Dispatch on November 24 that she has been cast in the upcoming drama "The Temple of My Fave," and has recently completed the script reading.

Yuna will play a top actress within the story, delivering a performance that matches her striking visuals and high character sync.

This marks her second acting project since debut. She was previously confirmed for tvN's new weekend series Undercover Miss Hong, where she plays Hong Jang-mi, the lively younger sister of Park Shin-hye's character, Hong Geum-bo. The drama premieres on January 7.

Yuna debuted with ITZY in 2019 and has since released numerous hits including "DALLA DALLA," "WANNABE," and "LOCO." Most recently, the group dropped their 11th mini album "Tunnel Vision" on November 11.

"The Temple of My Fave" is set to premiere in the second half of next year.
