Doyoung is gifting fans with new music just one day after entering military service. The NCT vocalist will release his new single Promise on December 9 at 6 p.m. across major music platforms, marking his first comeback in six months since his second solo album Soar.

The single includes two tracks: the title song "Late Words (Promise)" and "Whistle," featuring BELL of KISS OF LIFE. Known as one of K-pop's leading vocalists, Doyoung once again showcases his emotional storytelling following his solo projects YOUTH and Soar.

His agency shared that the release reflects Doyoung's gratitude toward fans who have supported him throughout his career, asking listeners to look forward to the warmth and sincerity in his music.

Doyoung will enlist in the Army on December 8. Pre-orders for his new single opened on December 1 both online and offline.
