Actor Lee Jung-ha will be enlisting in the Marine Corps early next year.

NAMOO ACTORS announced on December 3 that Lee applied for the Marine Corps and recently received his acceptance notice. He will enter the Marine Corps Training Center on January 26 to fulfill his mandatory military service.

The agency shared that no official event will be held on the day of enlistment, as the site is reserved for service members and their families.

They also expressed gratitude to fans, saying, "Thank you for the unwavering love you've given Lee Jung-ha. Please continue to support him until the day he completes his service and returns even more mature."

Lee Jung-ha debuted in 2017 through the web drama Heart-Fluttering Warning and has since appeared in series such as Rookie Historian Goo Hae-ryung, Run On, and Nevertheless. He gained widespread popularity with the Disney+ series Moving.

He is currently appearing in Genie TV's UDT: Our Neighborhood Task Force.
