Cho Rip-woo has officially kicked off his solo career — and the numbers prove it.

He released his single album SWEET DREAM on December 3, immediately landing in the upper ranks of major Korean music and album charts.

Strong Sales and Chart Impact

The album sold over 30,000 copies on its first day, according to Hanteo Chart, taking No. 1 on both the Daily Physical Albums and Music Charts.

The title track "UxYOUxU" debuted at No. 8 on Melon's latest chart, while the B-sides "FRESH" and "Annyeong My Friend" followed at No. 12 and No. 13.

On Bugs, the performance was even stronger — "UxYOUxU" entered at No. 5 on the real-time chart and surged to No. 1 within just five hours.

A Sweet and Youthful First Album

SWEET DREAM captures the sweetness of boyhood moments and the journey toward dreams. The album includes three tracks: "UxYOUxU," "FRESH," and "Annyeong My Friend."

The title track leans into a pop sound, highlighting Cho Rip-woo's bright, youthful charm. Its lyrics express heartfelt loyalty to fans, promising, "I'll never leave."
