KATSEYE has secured a top spot on Google's annual "Year in Search," proving their explosive rise in global popularity.

Google released its "Search in 2025" list, an annual report that highlights people and topics with the steepest global search growth. KATSEYE landed at No. 2 in the United States under "Trending Musicians," standing alongside global names such as Bad Bunny, Somber, Deutsche, and Coldplay.

They also placed No. 2 in the U.S. "Concert Outfit" category, which tracks the biggest spikes in searches related to performance looks, fan styling, and artist-themed fashion. Beyoncé's Cowboy Carter, Katy Perry, and Lady Gaga were also featured on the list, making KATSEYE's inclusion even more notable.

Their breakthrough is credited in part to the group's first North American tour, Beautiful Chaos, and their highly visible "Better in Denim" campaign with GAP.

KATSEYE's global hit "Gabriela" ranked No. 4 on the worldwide "Lyrics Search Trends," becoming one of the year's most-searched songs. The track blends polished pop with Latin-inspired acoustic guitar, showcasing the members' sensual energy and mature vocal performance.

"Gabriela" also climbed major charts: No. 31 on the Billboard Hot 100 (Nov. 22 edition), No. 38 on the UK Official Chart (Oct. 18 edition), and No. 10 on Spotify's "Weekly Top Songs Global" (Oct. 3 edition).

The group was additionally listed in YouTube's "Global Culture & Trends Report," becoming the only artist featured in the U.S. trending topics category—alongside broader cultural subjects like K-Pop Demon Hunters and Labubu.

Formed through the audition program Dream Academy, KATSEYE debuted in the U.S. last June. They are widely regarded as a leading success case of HYBE chairman Bang Si-hyuk's "multi-home, multi-genre" strategy.

KATSEYE is nominated for two major categories at the upcoming 68th Grammy Awards on February 1: Best New Artist and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.
