TWICE is set to take the stage at Tokyo National Stadium — becoming the first non-Japanese artist in history to do so.
JYP Entertainment announced on December 8 that TWICE will hold a solo concert at the iconic venue in April next year, marking a groundbreaking milestone in their career and in Japan's live-music history.
The official poster reveals that the group will perform three shows at the stadium, scheduled for April 25–26 and April 28, drawing an estimated 240,000 fans.
This achievement follows their Japan dome leg of the world tour held in September, which attracted a total of 400,000 attendees. At the end of their Tokyo Dome concert, TWICE hinted at "moving toward an even bigger stage," foreshadowing this historic announcement.
A representative shared that becoming the first foreign act to secure Tokyo National Stadium underscores TWICE's status as a "top-tier global girl group" and marks a significant step forward in their expanding influence.
TWICE celebrates their 10th debut anniversary this year and is currently performing their sixth world tour, THIS IS FOR.
