MMA2025 is gearing up for its biggest stage yet, with category voting now underway ahead of the December 20 ceremony at Seoul's Gocheok Sky Dome.
Eligible nominees include all tracks released between October 31 of last year and November 19 of this year. Based on aggregated audio performance, each category's finalists have been revealed.
The Artist of the Year lineup features ten powerhouse acts: G-Dragon, aespa, JENNIE, ROSE, Lim Young Woong, IVE, PLAVE, BOYNEXTDOOR, RIIZE, and NCT WISH.
For Album of the Year, the nominees are BABYMONSTER's DRIP, ROSE's rosie, PLAVE's Caligo Pt.1, and IVE's IVE EMPATHY.
Additional album contenders include G-Dragon's Übermensch, JENNIE's Ruby, RIIZE's ODYSSEY, IU's Kkot-Galpi 3, SEVENTEEN's HAPPY BURSTDAY, and Lim Young Woong's IM HERO 2.
Competition is also fierce in Best Song of the Year, with BABYMONSTER's DRIP, G-Dragon's HOME SWEET HOME, and ROSE's toxic till the end leading the field.
They are joined by BOYNEXTDOOR's I Love You Just for Today, Jojaeze's Do You Not Know, IVE's REBEL HEART, MAKTUB's Child of the Beginning, 10CM's May It Reach You, JENNIE's like JENNIE, and Huntrix's Golden.
The Rookie of the Year category is one of the strongest in recent memory, with JATHB, Jojaeze, Hearts2Hearts, Kiki, and ALLDAY PROJECT competing for the once-in-a-lifetime honor.
A total of 26 teams have been nominated for Millions Top 10, selected from albums inducted into Melon's "Millions Hall." The list includes G-Dragon, PLAVE, IVE, ROSE, JENNIE, RIIZE, and BOYNEXTDOOR.
Voting also spans a wide range of categories including Best Solo Female, Best Solo Male, Best Group (Female/Male), Best OST, and Best Pop Artist.
This year's show embraces the theme "Play The Moment," inviting fans to celebrate the music-filled moments that connect and define us.
The performance lineup features G-Dragon, Jay Park, 10CM, ZICO, EXO, WOODZ, JENNIE, aespa, IVE, BOYNEXTDOOR, RIIZE, PLAVE, NCT WISH, ILLIT, Hearts2Hearts, Kiki, and ALLDAY PROJECT.
