THEBLACKLABEL has taken firm action to protect its artists, issuing a warning of legal measures against those responsible for online abuse and rumor-spreading.
On the 11th, the agency posted a notice titled Guidelines for Protecting Our Artists on its official social media, signaling strong countermeasures against illegal online behavior.
The company has already appointed a law firm specializing in cybercrime. "We will mobilize every legal option available, including criminal complaints, to respond aggressively," the agency stated.
THEBLACKLABEL also emphasized reinforced monitoring, which includes both internal tracking and reports submitted by fans. "There will be no leniency or settlements. All offenders will be held fully accountable," the agency said.
They added, "Thank you to the fans for your continued support. We will do our utmost to ensure our artists can work in a safe environment."
