Yechann and Taejo, who rose to fame through Boys Planet 2, have teamed up for a special unit debut, transforming into Tom and Jerry.

Their unit ChoCo1 will release the single "CATCH ME IF YOU CAN" across major music platforms at 6 p.m. on December 12.

ChoCo1 is composed of Yechann and Taejo, both of whom stood out on Boys Planet 2 for their refined sound and high-level performances, building a strong presence early on.

"CATCH ME IF YOU CAN" is a reinterpretation of the iconic animation Tom and Jerry, created as a collaboration with the upcoming film Tom and Jerry: The Great Compass Chaos.

In the track, Yechann and Taejo perform as both rivals and partners, musically expressing the symbolic traits of each character. The push-and-pull dynamic between the two adds playful tension and excitement to the song.

The song captures the mischievous thrill and lighthearted suspense many remember from childhood, naturally evoking the comic energy that defines Tom and Jerry.

It opens like switching on an old television set, instantly drawing listeners in with a sound that feels both familiar and refreshingly new, tapping into a sense of nostalgia.

Meanwhile, Tom and Jerry: The Great Compass Chaos, which features the collaboration, is set for theatrical release in Korea next month.
