DAY6 is delivering a romantic new track to close out the year, releasing their first-ever seasonal song.

The band unveiled their Christmas special single "Lovin' the Christmas" on December 15 at 6 p.m. KST across major music platforms. The track marks DAY6's first official season song since debut.

"Lovin' the Christmas" is a heartfelt winter greeting dedicated to My Day, the fandom that has stayed with the group over the years. The song captures a warm Christmas mood, blending a vintage 1960s Motown-inspired sound with cozy melodies and sparkling lyrics that evoke gentle holiday nostalgia.

Sungjin shared his hopes for listeners to enjoy a warm Christmas season, while Dowoon expressed excitement over DAY6 finally releasing their first Christmas song. Young K added that he hopes fans have a Merry Christmas with the track, and Wonpil encouraged everyone to wrap up the year warmly while listening to carols.

Young K also pointed out a key listening highlight, saying the song can be enjoyed while imagining one's own Christmas, hoping it helps listeners create personal holiday memories.

Meanwhile, DAY6 will hold a special concert titled "The Present" from December 19 to 21 at KSPO Dome in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul.
