Yoon Bomi of Apink and producer Rado of Black Eyed Pilseung are tying the knot after nine years of dating.

On December 18, their agencies, Withus Entertainment and High Up Entertainment, announced that the couple will get married in May next year. Both sides confirmed that Yoon Bomi and Rado will continue their respective careers even after marriage.

The two first met in 2017 while working on Apink's third full-length album "Pink Revolution." What began as a collaboration between vocalist and composer grew into a long-term relationship, with the couple supporting each other for nearly a decade.

On the same day, Yoon Bomi shared a handwritten letter on her fan café. She wrote that she wanted to speak directly from her heart to Pandas, Apink's fandom, carefully putting her feelings into words.

"I've turned 33," she wrote. "After spending a long time sharing everyday life with someone who has been by my side through happy moments and uncertain times, I decided to walk into the future together."

She emphasized that she wanted her fans to hear the news first, adding that she would continue to live responsibly and stay strong, just as she always has.

Yoon Bomi also expressed deep gratitude to her fans, saying that the 15 years they have spent together were never something to be taken for granted. She thanked them sincerely for standing by her through every moment.

She concluded by promising continued active promotions, both as a member of Apink and as Yoon Bomi, and shared her heartfelt appreciation once again.

Meanwhile, Yoon Bomi will begin Apink's 15th debut anniversary activities next year. Apink is set to release their 11th mini album "RE : LOVE" on January 5.
