JYP Entertainment carried out a meaningful year-end donation project together with its fans, turning concert venues into spaces for giving.
From April to November, JYP Entertainment operated the EDM Giving Project at concerts by its artists. The initiative collected donations from fans through on-site EDM booths and online Happybean EDM donation jars, with all proceeds allocated to medical treatment for children in need.
Fans who participated by donating were encouraged to visit the concert booths, where they received small rewards such as artist stickers, creating a natural cycle of engagement and giving. The project was rolled out across multiple events, starting from Xdinary Heroes' Seoul concert and continuing through shows by DAY6, TWICE, Stray Kids, and NMIXX in Incheon.
Over approximately seven months, 18,439 fans took part. The campaign raised a total of KRW 45,214,400, which will be delivered through World Vision to support medical treatment for children from vulnerable communities in Thailand.
Since 2019, JYP Entertainment has continued its social contribution efforts under the slogan Every Dream Matters (EDM). Alongside the EDM Giving Project, the company has expanded initiatives such as the EDM Medical Support Program for children in Korea and abroad, as well as the environmental-focused Love Earth project, reinforcing its long-term commitment to shared values with fans.
