Director Ryoo Seung-wan returns with a new theatrical release timed for the Lunar New Year holiday.
The film Humint has confirmed its release for February 11, opening the holiday box office season. Two first-look posters and a launch teaser trailer were unveiled alongside the announcement.

Humint depicts a clash between individuals driven by different objectives. The title refers to "human intelligence," information gathered through personal relationships and emotional connections.
Zo In-sung stars as Jo, a National Intelligence Service black agent tracking signs of international crime. Park Jung-min plays Park Geon, a North Korean State Security Department chief dispatched to Vladivostok.
Park Hae-joon portrays Hwang Chi-seong, a North Korean consul general wary of Park Geon's presence, while Shin Se-kyung appears as Chae Seon-hwa, a North Korean restaurant worker who comes into contact with Jo.

The posters hint at a tense narrative driven by the four-character ensemble, with one design highlighting their combination and another presenting their profiles in a montage-style composition.
The teaser trailer showcases intense pursuits and gunfire action scenes, with Zo In-sung, Park Jung-min, and Park Hae-joon transforming with sharp, hardened visuals, while Shin Se-kyung adds a mysterious aura.
Humint marks the third entry in Ryoo Seung-wan's overseas-location trilogy, following The Berlin File and Escape from Mogadishu. Filmed in Latvia, the production recreates the distinctive landscapes of Vladivostok.
