SEVENTEEN Marks 10th Anniversary With Unmatched Records Across Charts, Tours, and Units
by. ymchoi

SEVENTEEN wrapped their 10th debut anniversary year with a run of best, first, and most records—driven by full-group momentum and expansive unit projects.

According to the recently released The 2025 Billboard K-pop Artist 100, SEVENTEEN dominated the very top of the rankings, with all 13 members placing from No. 1 through No. 13. The list aggregates performance across the Billboard 200, Hot 100, Global 200, Billboard Boxscore, as well as domestic streaming and album sales.

The group's fifth full album HAPPY BURSTDAY peaked at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 (June 14 chart), while its title track topped major Korean music charts. Media outlets assessed the year as SEVENTEEN's strongest peak yet, noting that the group further solidified its standing as one of the most influential acts in K-pop during their milestone year.

SEVENTEEN's dominance extended to live performance. Across Korea, Japan, and North America, the group staged 38 solo concerts and drew more than 1.26 million attendees in total. Their fan meetings were also held at large stadium venues, underscoring massive ticket power that helped propel HYBE into Billboard's annual Boxscore "Top Promoters" Big 4.

They also set a first-of-its-kind milestone. In May, SEVENTEEN became the first K-pop act to headline a solo performance on Seoul's Jamsu Bridge, hosting the B-Day Party in celebration of their 10th anniversary. A companion event at Sebitseom followed, with the combined festivities attracting roughly 550,000 people and turning major bridges across Seoul into the group's signature colors.

The anniversary year was packed with releases. Alongside the fifth full album, units rolled out projects including BSS's second single Teleparty, Hoshi X Woozi's first single Beam, and S.Coups X Mingyu's first mini album Hype Vibes. Each unit highlighted a distinct musical identity, signaling SEVENTEEN's continued expansion without limits—BSS returned straight to the top of the charts, while S.Coups X Mingyu set new first-week sales records.

Momentum carries into next year. DK X Seungkwan will release their first mini album Soyagok on January 12, followed by the NEW_ world tour across four Asian cities from February to March, extending SEVENTEEN's landmark run beyond their 10th anniversary.
