ENHYPEN is taking firm action against crimes that violate the group's privacy and rights.
BELIFT LAB shared an update on its official fan community Weverse, outlining the outcomes of legal measures related to stalking, unauthorized entry into the artists' residence, and malicious online posts.
In a stalking case, the offender hired a driver to follow ENHYPEN around their company building and dorm. Investigative authorities acknowledged the stalking charges, and prosecutors issued suspended indictments to both the perpetrator and the driver involved.
An incident involving illegal entry into the group's dorm also resulted in punishment. The intruders fled after trespassing but were later apprehended. The court sentenced them to fines for joint residential trespassing under the Act on the Punishment of Violent Acts.
Legal action against malicious online posts is ongoing as well. According to the agency, some suspects from cases filed last year have received summary indictments, and additional complaints have been submitted this quarter following continued community monitoring.
The agency also addressed inappropriate behavior at offline events, noting that participants who verbally abused or threatened the artists at a recent fan event were immediately barred from further participation.
BELIFT LAB emphasized that perpetrators will not be exempt from accountability regardless of age, student status, or nationality, and reaffirmed its commitment to protecting ENHYPEN's rights while asking for fans' continued support.
