Lee Si-young has issued a public apology following controversy over alleged disruptive behavior at a campsite.
On her social media, Lee addressed the situation directly, saying she was sincerely sorry to anyone who felt uncomfortable due to her actions at the campsite.
She explained that she had been informed by the campsite staff that her group was the only party with a reservation that day, and only later learned that another group had also been staying there.
Lee added that she joined the camping trip later in the day because of her second child and returned home early in the evening, which meant she was not fully aware of everything that happened on site.
Emphasizing her stance on proper conduct, she said that she personally believes quiet hours and basic manners are extremely important at campsites, and apologized once again for the inconvenience caused.
The controversy began after a post surfaced in an online camping community, where a user claimed they suffered discomfort due to Lee's group, citing microphone use, loud voices, and group games late at night.
Further allegations followed in the comments, with another camper claiming the same behavior continued into the second night, including noise late into the evening and encroachment into other guests' areas.
The commenter also alleged that trash was thrown and camping equipment was discarded without permission, adding that the incident highlighted the importance of respecting campsite etiquette and quiet hours.
