Singer KCM has welcomed his third child, marking a new chapter as a father of three.
His agency A2Z Entertainment announced on January 2 that KCM's third child, a baby boy, was born about six weeks earlier than expected on December 20. Due to the early delivery, the birth took place with medical assistance. The agency explained that the news was shared only after doctors confirmed both the baby and the mother were in stable condition.
The agency added that KCM, now a father to two daughters and one son, is determined to balance his roles as a husband and parent while continuing his broadcast and music activities with a strong sense of responsibility. They also expressed gratitude to fans for their congratulations and wished happiness for the family of five.
KCM personally shared the news on social media on January 1, writing that his third child was born on December 20 and that he was announcing it on New Year's Day after some unavoidable delays.
He also confirmed his upcoming appearance on KBS2's The Return of Superman. KCM said he hopes to capture the everyday moments of his family—laughing, crying, and living life together—through the program. He asked viewers to watch with warm support and to send encouragement and prayers for his newborn son.
Previously, KCM revealed that he is already the father of two daughters, born in 2012 and 2022, making his latest addition his first son.
