The short-form drama Wind Up is set to premiere exclusively on the new streaming platform Kitts, marking the platform's first premium original series.
Wind Up is a sports coming-of-age drama centered on friendship and growth. The story follows a high school baseball pitcher who can no longer throw strikes and a transfer student who unexpectedly becomes his self-appointed manager.
Members of NCT DREAM, Jeno and Jaemin, take on the lead roles. Jeno portrays Woojin, a former baseball prodigy struggling to reclaim his potential, while Jaemin plays Taehee, the mysterious transfer student who appears in Woojin's life.
Kitts is a streaming platform specializing in short-form dramas and K-pop content. Select episodes are available for free, with subsequent episodes accessible through paid viewing or ad-supported options.
In addition to Wind Up, Kitts is preparing a diverse lineup of short-form originals, including Sonny's Rivalry starring Juho of SF9, and Want to Stay After Work? led by Koo Jun-hoe of iKON.
Wind Up is scheduled for release in the first half of this year.
