Actors Nam Ji-hyun and Moon Sang-min are set to cross paths through an unusual twist of fate.

The two star in KBS2's new weekend mini-series The Thief I Cherish, which premieres on January 3 at 9:20 p.m. KST. The drama is written by Lee Seon and directed by Ham Young-geol.

Nam Ji-hyun takes on the role of Hong Eun-jo, a physician at Hyeminseo by day who transforms into the legendary thief Gildong by night, living a double life defined by compassion and rebellion.

Moon Sang-min portrays Prince Yi Yeol, a royal who conceals his true identity while working as a government officer. An unexpected incident entangles him with Eun-jo, setting their story in motion.

Newly released stills add intrigue, showing the two standing face to face in the middle of a bustling marketplace. Their swapped appearances and altered statuses heighten curiosity about the unfolding narrative.

The Thief I Cherish follows the story of a woman who becomes the greatest thief in the land and the prince who pursues her—only for their souls to be mysteriously switched, triggering a chain of unpredictable events.
