Han Ji-min and Park Sung-hoon are set to deliver sharp, natural chemistry in an upcoming romance drama.

On January 8, JTBC released photos from the script reading for its new weekend drama Efficient Dating for Singles. The session was attended by Han Ji-min, Park Sung-hoon, Lee Ki-taek, and other cast members.

Efficient Dating for Singles follows a woman who decides to pursue love and finds herself torn between two men with completely opposite charms through blind dates, ultimately searching for the true meaning of love.

Han Ji-min takes on the role of Lee Ui-young, an assistant manager at The Hills Hotel. While her career is on a fast track, her love life remains stuck in place. Han led the reading with a lively presence, energizing the atmosphere with her natural charm.

Park Sung-hoon and Lee Ki-taek play blind date matches Song Tae-seop and Shin Ji-soo. Park Sung-hoon portrayed Song Tae-seop's warm and gentle demeanor with his own nuanced style, adding a comforting emotional tone.

Lee Ki-taek, by contrast, embodied a free-spirited younger man. As Shin Ji-soo, he expressed unpredictability through his gaze and speech, further heightening curiosity over Lee Ui-young's eventual choice.

Jung Hye-seong and Kim So-hye also brought vitality to the reading as Lee Ui-young's coworkers Jung Hyun-min and Shim Sae-byeok, each adding distinct personality and depth to the ensemble.

The production team commented, "From the very first reading, the actors showed perfectly matched chemistry," adding that the drama will approach modern dating concerns with humor and strong emotional relatability.

Efficient Dating for Singles is scheduled to premiere on February 28.
