Seungkwan of SEVENTEEN has made a heartfelt donation to support abandoned dogs.
On January 12, Jeju Hallim Shelter shared a donation certificate via its official Instagram, revealing that Seungkwan contributed 10 million won to help care for rescued dogs at the facility.
The donation reportedly followed Seungkwan's recent participation in ELLE Korea's "Hello Little Love" project, which focused on life with animals. He joined the campaign alongside his pet dog, Bbu-kkeu, highlighting the importance of coexistence with animals.
After completing the photo shoot, Seungkwan personally expressed his intention to donate to the shelter. In response, the shelter thanked him, saying they would use the contribution carefully for the well-being of the dogs in their care.
Meanwhile, Seungkwan and DK returned as a unit with a winter ballad release. On the same day at 6 p.m. KST, they unveiled their first mini album Soirée. The title track "Blue" captures two different emotional rhythms of love through delicate vocals and sentiment.
