ENHYPEN Teams Up With Top Creators, From Park Jung-min to Gaeko, for New Album
by. ymchoi

ENHYPEN is expanding its universe through collaborations with leading figures across film and music.

On January 11, BELIFT LAB released a narration preview video for ENHYPEN's seventh mini album THE SIN: VANISH via the group's official YouTube channel. The clip revealed portions of several narration tracks, including "The Beginning of the Incident," "Fugitives," "The Voice We Were Searching For," and "Beyond the Incident."

The narration takes the form of a broadcast reporting on a vampire escape case. To ensure global immersion, the album includes narration in four languages: Korean, English, Japanese, and Chinese. The agency explained that this approach allows listeners worldwide to fully experience the album's emotional narrative without language barriers.

Actor Park Jung-min lends his voice to the Korean narration, delivering lines such as, "Defying the absolute rules of vampire society, they dream a forbidden dream." For other languages, well-known local figures were cast: Japanese actor and voice actor Kenjiro Tsuda for Japanese narration, and singer Huang Zihongfan for Chinese.

THE SIN: VANISH consists of 11 tracks in total, including four narration tracks, one skit, and six songs, all tightly interwoven into a single storyline.

The musical tracks also follow a connected narrative. The opening track "No Way Back" depicts a vampire's firm resolve and underlying anxiety after choosing escape for love. Hwang Soyoon of SE SO NEON participates as a featured artist, adding a dreamy yet intense synergy to ENHYPEN's signature vocals.

The title track "Knife" explores the inner world of lovers who have become fugitives, capturing a boldness that finds thrill even in danger. Gaeko of Dynamic Duo is credited as a lyricist on the song.

"Stealer" portrays the explosive adrenaline of the escape, while "Big Girls Don't Cry" shows one partner comforting the other along the way. "Lost Island" tells the story of lovers deeply falling for each other, and "Sleep Tight" marks the end of the escape. Notably, "Sleep Tight" is Jake's first self-composed track, with Heeseung also contributing to the lyrics.

ENHYPEN will release THE SIN: VANISH on January 16 at 2 p.m. KST.
