SEVENTEEN has added another major record to its career, producing its first song to exceed 300 million streams on Spotify.
According to Spotify's latest tally dated January 16, SEVENTEEN's "Super" has surpassed 300.08 million cumulative streams, marking the group's first track to cross the 300 million mark on the platform.
SEVENTEEN now holds a total of 17 songs with over 100 million streams. "Super," along with "HOT," "Don't Wanna Cry," and "VERY NICE," has each exceeded 200 million streams.
Additional tracks that have passed 100 million streams include "Rock With You," "Darl+ing," "Left & Right," "CLAP," "Pretty U," "_WORLD," "Ready to Love," "God of Music," "Home," and "Maestro."
"Super" likens SEVENTEEN's growth—shaped by trials and setbacks—to the evolution of Son Goku. Member Woozi participated in writing and composing the track alongside producer BUMZU.
Upon release, the song topped major Korean charts including Melon and Bugs, and remained on Billboard's Global 200 chart for 12 weeks, underscoring its worldwide popularity.
In May last year, "Super" also surpassed 100 million cumulative streams in Japan alone, earning a Platinum certification in the streaming category from the Recording Industry Association of Japan.
Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN recently won the Album Division Bonsang at the Golden Disc Awards with their fifth full-length album HAPPY BURSTDAY, extending their streak to 10 consecutive years of major wins since 2017.
The group continues promotions through unit activities. DK and Seungkwan are performing their new song "Blue" on music shows, where it has already topped Bugs' real-time chart.
Meanwhile, S.Coups and Mingyu will hold the CxM DOUBLE UP LIVE PARTY from January 23 to 25 at Inspire Arena in Incheon. The shows sold out on the first day of presales, once again proving the group's strong ticket power.
