FNC Entertainment is restructuring its business operations and exiting the variety and broadcaster management sector.
On January 16, FNC announced that it has discussed the matter with its affiliated variety stars and broadcasters, confirming plans to conclude management duties sequentially without renewing contracts.
As the business division winds down, the company will part ways with its current roster in this field. Comedian Moon Se-yoon and former professional tennis player Lee Hyung-taik are among those previously managed under the division.
FNC expressed gratitude, stating that it sincerely thanks all variety talents who worked with the company and the fans who supported them over the years.
Going forward, FNC plans to focus more heavily on its core businesses, including music, actor management, and drama production, with the goal of building a more stable business structure.
FNC Entertainment operates as a comprehensive entertainment company, home to artists such as actor Jung Hae-in, Rowoon, and groups FTISLAND, CNBLUE, and P1Harmony.
