i-dle is making a comeback, signaling a new musical direction.

On January 20, the group released a concept video for their new digital single "Mono," titled Play the Whole World in Mono, through their official social media channels.

The video delivers a condensed glimpse of the new track's concept. A muted, monochrome aesthetic replaces the group's previously bold and vibrant visuals, hinting at a clear shift from their past releases.

The single features British rising rapper Skyw, an artist gaining attention for a distinctive vocal tone and unique rap style. Skyw takes part as a featured artist on "Mono," adding a fresh layer to the track.

This marks i-dle's first new release in approximately eight months. The agency commented, "Please look forward to i-dle's further expanded and more innovative musical world."

"Mono" will be released on January 27 at 6 p.m. KST.
