Actor Song Kang is set to make his first post-military comeback through a music-themed drama.
On January 26, tvN confirmed the main cast for its upcoming series Four Hands, announcing that Song Kang, Lee Jun-young, and Jang Gyuri have finalized their appearances.
Four Hands follows the friendship, love, rivalry, and growth of young artists who meet at an arts high school. The drama is directed by Park Hyun-seok and written by Shin Yi-won.
Song Kang takes on the role of Kang Bio, a piano prodigy blessed with both natural talent and relentless discipline. Despite his gifts, Bio is shaken by the presence of a powerful rival, forcing him into inner conflict.
Lee Jun-young portrays Choi Jung-yo, Bio's rival and a piano genius who once turned his back on music due to a difficult upbringing, only to suddenly reappear at the elite arts school filled with prodigies.
Jang Gyuri plays Hong Jae-in, a viola major with exceptionally sensitive hearing. She becomes Bio's closest supporter, having been drawn to his music since childhood.
As their lives intertwine through music, the three characters collide, compete, and evolve. The production team promised an intense, dopamine-charged story centered on passion and growth.
Four Hands is scheduled to premiere in the second half of the year on tvN.
