The film OK! Madam 2 has officially completed filming and is now preparing to meet audiences with a summer release.

On January 27, distributor CJ CGV announced that OK! Madam 2 wrapped principal photography in late December, following two months of filming after cranking in last October. The production has now entered post-production.

OK! Madam 2 is the sequel to the 2020 hit OK! Madam. The action-comedy follows a family invited under mysterious circumstances onto a luxury cruise ship, where unexpected chaos unfolds.

Returning cast members include Uhm Jung-hwa, Park Sung-woong, Lee Sang-yoon, and Bae Jung-nam. New faces such as Ryeoun, Park Jin-joo, and Choi Sooyoung join the sequel, adding fresh comedic synergy.

Uhm Jung-hwa shared that the shoot was physically demanding but rewarding, saying she believes many great scenes were captured and that the film will be one audiences can truly laugh and enjoy.

Director Lee Chul-ha praised the cast's passion, recalling that every actor—from Uhm Jung-hwa to Choi Sooyoung—brought overflowing ideas and remarkable energy to the set.

Expressing gratitude to viewers, the director added that he is happy to continue the OK! Madam series and promised to give his all to complete a thoroughly entertaining film.

OK! Madam 2 is scheduled for theatrical release this summer.
