UNIS is winning over global fans with a new English-language release.

On January 28, UNIS dropped the English version of their single "mwah" on major music platforms. The track was originally released in December as the group's second Japanese digital single.

"mwah" is a UNIS-style love song that candidly and cutely captures the excitement, possessiveness, and anxiety that come with falling in love. The group's signature lovely vibe and upbeat melody stand out throughout the track.

The song quickly proved its global appeal, topping the iTunes J-pop charts in Ireland, Saudi Arabia, and the Philippines. The English version retains the original mood while featuring newly written lyrics.

UNIS will unveil the English version live for the first time during their debut Americas tour, 2026 UNIS 1ST TOUR: Ever Last.

The tour begins on January 30 (local time) in Philadelphia and continues across 14 cities, including Washington, D.C., Charlotte, Atlanta, Jacksonville, New York, Cleveland, Chicago, Ottawa, Dallas, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Mexico City, and Los Angeles.
