FTISLAND has renewed its contract with FNC Entertainment, continuing a partnership that now spans two decades.

FNC announced on January 29 that it had signed a renewal with FTISLAND, citing the long-standing trust and confidence built over many years with the group, one of the company's founding artists and a leading force in the Korean band scene.

The agency added that renewing the partnership in the year marking FNC's 20th anniversary carries special meaning, as FTISLAND has played a central role in shaping the company's growth and history.

FTISLAND debuted in 2007 and went on to release a string of hit songs including Love Sick, Thunder, Until You Come Back, After Love, I Wish, Love Love Love, and Severely. The band quickly established itself as a cornerstone of the Korean rock and band genre.

Beyond Korea, FTISLAND officially debuted in Japan's major market and topped the Oricon charts, later expanding its global presence through overseas tours and solidifying its status as a representative K-pop band.

In 2025, the group showcased its evolving musical direction through the FTestination project, releasing a series of digital singles that explored a wide range of emotions and sounds.

FTISLAND also headlined major music festivals across Korea, earning praise for its strong live performances and commanding stage presence. The band continues to receive steady invitations to university festivals, reflecting its enduring popularity.

Alongside group activities, the members remain active individually across acting, musical theater, and variety shows, maintaining both team synergy and personal artistic growth.

FNC stated that it has formed a dedicated team for FTISLAND and plans to provide more structured and closely aligned support for the group's future activities.
