Brand New Music announced that Verbal Jint released his new single, "How Could I Not Know 2026," across major music platforms at 6 p.m. on Jan. 30.

The original track, "How Could I Not Know," was included on Verbal Jint's seventh full-length album released in April 2021. The song recently gained renewed attention after resurfacing as a popular meme on social media, sparking a reverse-chart run.

The 2026 version has been newly reworked with Verbal Jint once again participating in the production process, expanding on the sharp energy and intensity of the original.

The single features collaborations with multiple rappers, including Han Yo Han, The Quiett, Street Baby, and P-Type, injecting new vitality into the track.

The agency stated that the song's blunt lyrics, razor-sharp flow, and dense beat are expected to deliver a powerful sense of catharsis for hip-hop fans.
