The group will release its new digital single "Today We Met Again" on February 9. The track is a Korean-language reinterpretation of their Japanese debut song "Nice to See You Again," newly arranged to resonate with domestic listeners.
"Today We Met Again" captures the journey of meeting "you" and becoming "us," wrapped in a clear, tender emotional tone that feels like the final moments of winter. With crisp Korean lyrics, the song delivers a different charm from the original version while preserving its youthful warmth.
The chorus stands out in particular, with lines about fireworks lighting up the sky and wishes written on blue paper, evoking a vivid scene straight out of a coming-of-age film.
Performance elements further elevate the song. A group choreography built around members taking turns placing their hands together highlights the theme of unity and the process of becoming "we."
TWS continues the strong momentum from their previous release "Overdrive," which sparked the viral "Aegyo Tantrum Challenge" across year-end stages and achieved a notable rebound on music charts. The playful shoulder-shaking move in the chorus, paired with expressive eye contact and puckered-lip gestures, earned widespread attention.
Meanwhile, TWS will meet fans next month at their fan meeting "42: Club," scheduled for March 27–29 at Ticketlink Live Arena in Seoul's Olympic Park.
