tvN's upcoming weekend drama How to Become a Building Owner in Korea premieres on March 14, signaling a high-stakes suspense series led by an all-star ensemble.

The drama follows a debt-ridden, survival-driven building owner who becomes entangled in a fake kidnapping plot to protect what matters most—his family and his property. The story escalates as conflicting desires collide under mounting pressure.

In the newly released character teaser on February 6, Ha Jung-woo, Lim Soo-jung, Kim Jun-han, Krystal Jung, and Shim Eun-kyung form an unexpected combination, each revealing sharply different motivations that intertwine into a volatile web.

Ha Jung-woo plays Ki Soo-jong, a "all-in" building owner stretched to his limits. "Being a building owner isn't easy," he remarks, setting a foreboding tone. His wife Kim Sun, portrayed by Lim Soo-jung, voices her anxiety, asking how long the property has already been listed on the market.

Ki's close friend Min Hwal-sung, played by Kim Jun-han, casually probes, "Are you selling the building to me?" hinting at hidden intentions. Hwal-sung's wife Lee Kyung, portrayed by Krystal Jung, contrasts the tension with a cool detachment, saying, "What's money, anyway?"
