MBC's Friday–Saturday drama Judge Lee Han‑young continues its ratings dominance.
According to Nielsen Korea, episode 11—aired on February 6—posted a nationwide average rating of 13.2%, peaking at 15.3%. The series ranked first among all Friday–Saturday dramas.
Performance was equally strong across key indicators. The 20–54 demographic rating reached 5.0%, the highest figure among all programs broadcast that day, confirming the show's grip on core viewers.
The episode marked a turning point as Seoul Central District Court presiding judge Kang Shin-jin (played by Park Hee-soon) openly revealed his ambitions, declaring his intent to remove Park Gwang-to (Son Byung-ho) and seize control of Su-ojae, an elite circle of powerful figures.
Kang extended an offer to ace Chungnam District Court judge Lee Han-young (Ji Sung), proposing a "new form of justice." While Lee appeared to agree on the surface, he secretly resolved to bring Kang down.
The so-called "Panvengers" grew more united. Lee revealed that Park Gwang-to was the true head of the shadow government and offered his teammates a chance to step away for their safety. Instead, they reaffirmed their bond, pledging to pursue justice together and setting their sights on investigating the Sunjin Happiness Foundation, suspected to be a reservoir for Park's slush funds.
Tension peaked in the closing moments when prosecutor Kim Jin-ah (Won Jin-ah), a member of the team, was captured by a killer hired by Jang Tae-sik (Kim Beop-rae). Enraged by Lee and Kim uncovering his illegal loan operations, Jang ordered the hit.
As a blade pressed against Kim Jin-ah's neck, Lee Han-young raced through the streets to reach her, ending the episode on a cliffhanger that sharply heightened anticipation for the next chapter.
Judge Lee Han-young airs every Friday and Saturday at 9:50 p.m. on MBC.
