Members ZEROBASEONE's Seok Matthew and Park Gun-wook are set to embark on a new chapter with WakeOne.
On February 9, WakeOne announced that, following mutual discussions with the artists' previous agency regarding their future activities, Seok Matthew and Park Gun-wook have officially joined WakeOne. The company explained that it carefully reviewed their career direction and growth potential, reaching a final decision based on shared understanding and trust.
WakeOne added, "We are delighted to welcome the two artists as new colleagues. We will provide full support so they can showcase their abilities in a stable environment and continue long-term career growth."
Seok Matthew and Park Gun-wook debuted in 2023 as members of ZEROBASEONE and quickly emerged as leading figures of K-pop's fifth generation. Even after the group's contract concludes, the two will continue their journey with WakeOne.
Meanwhile, ZEROBASEONE is set to disband following the expiration of its agency contract next month. The group will hold its world tour encore concerts from March 13 to 15 at KSPO Dome, marking the grand finale of their activities.
