I.N of Stray Kids marked his birthday with a meaningful act of giving, donating 100 million KRW to support vulnerable communities.
According to JYP Entertainment, I.N made the donation on February 8 to commemorate his 25th birthday. The funds were delivered to the National Cancer Center.
The contribution will be used to cover treatment costs for cancer patients facing financial hardship, as well as to support psychological therapy programs for pediatric and adolescent cancer patients.
Sharing his thoughts, I.N said, "I wanted to share the love I've received from fans and hope that it brings even a little warmth to those enduring long treatments." He added, "It may be a small gesture, but I hope it reaches you as hope and courage. I sincerely wish for your recovery."
I.N has consistently engaged in charitable activities. In 2024, he became the youngest member (at age 23) of Green Noble Club, a major donor group run by ChildFund Korea. Last year, he also donated 100 million KRW to Samsung Medical Center, and contributed to recovery efforts following wildfires in Gyeongnam and Gyeongbuk, as well as a major fire in Hong Kong.
Meanwhile, Stray Kids are set to appear at The Governors Ball Music Festival in the United States on June 6, and Rock in Rio on September 11.
