VERIVERY's Kangmin is set to transform into a new kind of hero — one who goes live.
On February 12, global K-pop short-form platform Kitts unveiled the teaser poster for "Jump Boy LIVE." Kangmin takes on the lead role of Leeon, marking a fresh acting challenge.
A Teleporting Influencer Is Born
Leeon is a last-ranked outsider at a science high school. His life changes after he picks up a fragment of a meteor during an SNS live broadcast, gaining the extraordinary ability to teleport anywhere in the world.
The poster captures Leeon in his school uniform, streaming live. The tagline, "Teleportation live, starting now," immediately grabs attention. Viewer-style comments such as "Where are you now?", "Take me with you," and "Where to next?" heighten curiosity about the storyline.
Human Sci-Fi Meets the Creator Era
"Jump Boy LIVE" is a human sci-fi hero series. It follows Leeon as he becomes an influencer through teleportation live streams and struggles to find his own direction amid sudden fame and chaos.
The project is directed by Lee Jung-hoon, who previously entered the Cannes International Series Festival with "The Hunter with a Scalpel," earning recognition for his dense and precise direction.
Starring Kangmin in the lead, "Jump Boy LIVE" premieres exclusively on Kitts on February 27, positioning the VERIVERY member as a rising "live hero" in the evolving K-content landscape.
